Hey, I'm Mark Bryce - 41 years old, married with two young children. I have over 20 years of nutrition and fitness experience including my own body transformations for major bodybuilding competitions. I am fully qualified and fully insured in personal training.


My Background;


At the age of just 14, I started studying the power of nutrition after observing my mum turn to food and alcohol abuse when my parents divorced. The pain of seeing her go from a size 12 to a size 28 is what gave me the desire to take control of my own health but also be able to help others.


My area of expertise is in helping those in a high-performance position establish and maintain health. The main reason this is my niche is that I've personally been there!


I started my working career straight from school doing a modern apprenticeship within the IT sector. Starting so young by my early 30s I was managing managers and their teams nationally for a very large company within the financial services sector.


This was a very high-pressure role and required a lot of travel. It was during my IT career that I also started to compete in bodybuilding shows which gave me an even deeper understanding of how to make good nutrition and training still possible around such a hectic career.


I know first-hand all the 'obstacles' that come with senior-level roles such as work-related dinners, travel and staying away in hotels. Plus the challenge of staying motivated around a high pressured career as well as juggling a family / social life.


I can help you create a healthy balance and create new healthy habits without jeopardising your current routine.


Balance being the keyword here - this is not about temporary, radical change, it’s about enabling you to fit your long-term health goals into your busy schedule.

This will also include themed topics of discussion on various aspects of health to aid you with the knowledge to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle after the programme ends.

I will guide you through every step of the way, we will look at all aspects of your life, the unhealthy habits, the triggers and more importantly, how we can replace them.


This is a 12-week commitment and I only accept clients on an application-only basis for this programme.

ELITE 12 WEEK COACHING FOR HIGH PERFORMERS

Are you looking for a total body and health transformation? Would you like to be held accountable in person for training sessions and have all your meals taken care of?


Then the Elite 12 Week Coaching is an ideal fit for you.


What's included?

  • a minimum of 4 x 1-1.5 hour personal training sessions per week with me, these can be at unsociable hours to suit you
  • 3 meals per day are provided and delivered directly to you

  • Unlimited same-day support via WhatsApp, (24/7 texts are welcome)
  • 3D Body Scanning to provide full physical and health analysis and will also be used as a measuring tool for progress.

I will make the process as easy as possible for you, I can even help with where to eat if you are working away and we can move our personal training sessions around your schedule from week to week.


This is a completely bespoke and personal programme that allows people with busy lives to still obtain incredible results and hopefully have some fun along the way. The goal is that you will learn how it is possible to stay on track even with the busiest lifestyle.


This is a 12-week commitment and I only accept clients on an application-only basis for this programme.

Health starts with nutrition. Our personalised nutrition plan is created with you and your goals in mind. If you put the wrong fuel in a car, it eventually breaks down. This is exactly the same for the body.


BODY

The body requires physical movement to function at a high level especially as we enter our later years. Our lean muscle mass also decreases by 2-8% every decade beyond our 30's. This is why we see resistance training as a fundamental pillar to maintaining lean muscle mass and mobility.

FAQ

How Long Does The Program Last?

My in-person programmes usually run for a minimum of 12-weeks however this may vary depending on your desired results.



What About If I Struggle With The Nutrition?

Within the app, you have the ability to swap out a meal with another alternative. Also, we provide you with tons of alternative recipes within the Bonus section of the app.


If you've opted for the Ultimate Accountability, Elite or Shadow System coaching, we openly discuss any challenges and look at ways to work around those challenges.

How Quickly Should I Expect To See Results?

Firstly, every BODY is different and all my services are different so there's no blanket answer to this and no results in any nutrition or exercise plan should ever be deemed 'typical' or 'expected' as it really does vary depending on the person.


Here's what is realistic to ANY health goal and more so, maintainable and safe:


Body Fat: 1 - 3% per month

Fat Loss: 4 - 8 lbs per month

Muscle Mass Gains: 1- 2 lbs per month


These are general guidelines of what you should realistically expect.

Am I Tied Into Any Contract?

For services via the app it's just a one off none refundable payment and there is no on going contract.


If you have opted for the Ultimate Accountability, Elite or Shadow System Coaching it is a minimum 12-weeks commitment and I do offer an instalment plan however once the programme finishes there's no requirement to carry on unless you wish otherwise. We don't set up any payment plan for a continuation of service.

What's The Application Process For The Ultimate Accountability, Elite and Shadow System Coaching Programmes?

The application process is designed for a number of reasons. Firstly, due to the limited availability of my time, I can only physically and mentally commit to working with a small number of clients at one time. When supporting a Shadow System client I actually stop all other in person coaching so my diary is organised usually a few months in advance for in person clients. I only like to work with clients who I believe are 'all in' with their commitment to the programme and I also look for the right 'chemistry' as I believe being able to have a good friendship along the way of your journey is critical. I also use the application to understand more about what the client is looking to achieve.


Once the application is complete, I will be in touch to schedule a 30-minute consultation call to discuss the next steps and pricing. If the application process is approved, the coaching will begin after the initial deposit payment is made.

What If I Don't Have The Necessary Gym Equipment?

The 12-Week MuscleShred plan is not customised so you would be required to replace the exercise with an alternative.


If you have opted for the Ultimate Accountability Coaching, Mark will go through any modifications with you directly and can even remotely take a look around the gym to recommend alternatives.


The Elite and Shadow System coaching will require you to have access to a gym that I can also access for your personal training sessions.

What Happens If I Wish To Cancel?

My app - all the work is done at the front end with your personalised nutrition plan, this makes the service non-refundable. We do provide up to two additional modifications to the nutrition program if the calories need adjusting or you wish to switch dietary requirements.


If you have opted for 12-week ultimate accountability coaching, Elite or Shadow System Coaching this can be paid in full or over 3 instalments. Full T&C's are provided within your proposal and in the event of a change in personal circumstances, depending on the situation I may offer you the option to exit your programme early without paying for the entire programme or offer to move the date, Full T&Cs are provided with your proposal.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the services of Mark Bryce 'The Bodytransformation Coach LTD'. Services include personal training sessions, nutrition analysis, Meal Prep and meal plans, the provision of recipe e-books and other accompanying coaching services operated in person or online/digitally by Mark Bryce ("me, us, our, we). This also includes all services detailed in your personal proposal plus any services Mark Bryce may recommend at a later stage.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all clients and online users who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or purchase the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available or recommended through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name. Address, Contact number, Email Address and any other information we require for the purchase of the service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mark Bryce.

Mark Bryce has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Termination by Mark Bryce

Mark Bryce may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability

Data storage

Your personal information is stored only as long as is necessary to provide the services requested, or until you’ve requested your data to be deleted - whichever comes first. Hereafter, your data will either be deleted or anonymized. The timespan of this process is determined by factors such as the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. Your credit card data is stored for 1 month after a terminated coaching subscription.

Service commitment and payment for coaching programmes of 12 weeks or more (This includes The Shadow System, Ultimate Accountability online coaching and 12 week Elite coaching programmes)

You hereby agree to sign for a minimum 12-week plan. You are liable for the total cost of services outlined in your client proposal document. A payment of 25% of the total cost of your plan is required before the services commence. The remainder shall be paid equally across two instalments. The first instalment will be issued via an invoice on the day the plan commences and the 2nd instalment will be issued 30 days later. Both invoices have a 30-day payment term. You will be given the option to use the 'go cardless' payment facility to make payment. The first payment will be made via a BACS payment and the account details will be quoted on your invoice. Please use your name or invoice no. as the payment reference.

Late Cancellations for personal training sessions

Late cancellations on scheduled sessions require a min 24 hours notice, failure to do so will result in a lost session.

Transfer of sessions

Sessions are non-transferable and must be only used by you the client.

Refunds

Where the service has been provided, refunds will not be permitted. In circumstances where a deposit has been paid for a service not yet delivered to the client a refund may be given if the client requests to cancel their programme and gives 30 days' notice before the programme start date. If the client does not wish to cancel but would like to postpone the programme, it is at the discretion of Mark Bryce if the deposit would be transferable to accommodate another start date. If the client wishes to terminate services during a programme, as this is a minimum 12-week commitment, the client will be liable to pay for 12 weeks of service as outlined in the proposal. In extreme circumstances such as the client having sudden or unexpected health problems or personal issues that would prevent them from participating in the programme, it is at the discretion of Mark Bryce if he will stop charging for any services that have not yet been delivered.

Digital Goods Refunds

Whereas for "digital goods" once payment has been successful Mark Bryce sadly cannot refund you as the goods are digital and therefore we have no control over such.

Online Coaching

Whereas you have subscribed to the online coaching services you hereby agree by committing to the service, that the lack of use does not qualify for extended subscriptions or refunds. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you use the service provided to the maximum capacity. This includes following and logging the workouts within your designed program, following the diet given and reporting weekly. There is no weekly reminders or chasing for your updates. It is therefore your full responsibility to ensure you commit to the service provided for the results.

Special offers

Offers within the bundles are dispatched after 4 weeks and subject to continued service. Cancellations/discontinued service within 30 days will result in the offer being withdrawn.

Changes

Mark Bryce reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material he will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a

material change will be determined at the sole discretion of Mark Bryce.

Travel Expenses and additional expenses not listed in programme proposals - (shadow system)

Your 'usual location' is classed as anywhere within a 1-hour car drive of your chosen location for your personal training sessions. If you are travelling abroad, to a different city or outside of a 1 hour car drive of your 'usual location', extra travel and accommodation costs will be the responsibility of the client to arrange in advance. This would include flights, transfers and accommodation. Other expenses such as Mark's food will be covered by Mark. If you intend on having your personal training sessions abroad or in a venue outside of your usual location, Mark must be provided with accommodation within a 30-minute drive of your chosen location for personal training, Mark may also need transport if abroad but this will be discussed with the client in advance. Mark will not be able to travel abroad for more than 14 consecutive days or for more than 28 days in total over the 12 weeks. If you have any international travel during the 12-week programme dates you must advise Mark of this before you accept this proposal. Mark will then update the proposal to reflect your international travel commitments and discuss how he can support you. For travel to different cities, 1 month's notice must be provided although if that just isn't possible Mark will try to be as flexible as he can to support you and in most instances will be happy to help you when you travel.

Health and Safety

Mark strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise and nutrition program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercises suggested by Mark Bryce. Mark Bryce is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that he has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or nutrition program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Mark Bryce from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of training either in person or following an online programme provided by Mark Bryce.

The advice or information provided by Mark Bryce is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
